What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program? I decided I needed to improve my health , and stop kidding myself I could do it on my own, each day I started a diet, each day I failed, I did not care if I ate the wrongs foods because the next day I would start my diet and of course I failed, for failure it would be absolute failure and start to eat everything in sight that was bad. I had always been physically active but but with the time pressures of having young children and a full time job I found that my weight had ballooned and I was extremely unfit. This spiraled into more unhealthy eating\drinking as exercise was less enjoyable and therefore avoided. I began my training with Dan for the purpose of passing a fitness test which was imposed by my job. I had previously lost weight but it was slowly creeping back on and there's no doubt had I would have put the stone back on that I had lost if I didn't take action.
