What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
I decided I needed to improve my health , and stop kidding myself I could do it on my own, each day I started a diet, each day I failed, I did not care if I ate the wrongs foods because the next day I would start my diet and of course I failed, for failure it would be absolute failure and start to eat everything in sight that was bad. The next day I would wake and immediately feel down as it was yet again day one of the new diet ,the pattern repeated itself and I gradually knew I needed help.

What results have you achieved since starting your program?
Since my weekly meeting with Dan, I have gone from 14 stone 11 lbs to 13 stone 3 lbs that for me is amazing, I feel fitter and more confident and want to achieve my goal of 11 stone, without Dan I could not do that Dan does not judge me if I have a bad day or week he give me the confidence to go back on the right track and eat healthily and exercise.

What do you like best about our program/ having a trainer?
The training programme is flexible to your own personal needs likes and dislikes and you can incorporate your preferences for exercise and foods it’s an amazing programme it’s a new way of life , and I could not do it any other way , I have tried all the diets under the sun and this is the only one that works for me all I can say is that Dan is fab and so is the dieting and exercise.

What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?
To anyone deciding whether to join with Dan I would say, make the right decision and just Do It, sign up you only have weight to loose, Dan is the most amazingly kind, patient , and understanding personal trainer you could ever meet, you will be fitter, thinner, and more confident as a person , there is no other way to be.
