I began my training with Dan for the purpose of passing a fitness test which was imposed by my job. I had previously lost weight but it was slowly creeping back on and there’s no doubt had I would have put the stone back on that I had lost if I didn’t take action. I seemed to live on a diet of cheese, chocolate and processed food. I was a size 14 and weighed just under 13 stone. I could barely run the bleep test when I started and I just didn’t have the energy to exercise.
So its been over a year and a half that I’ve trained with Dan. I’ve now lost three stone and i am about size 8 to 10. My body shape has changed so much and you can see definition in my arms which I never thought possible! I get so many compliments and people ask me what i have done. The answer is simple I’ve followed the eating rules which Dan recommended and worked out 3 to 5 times a week. It’s been hard sometimes but as the plan is easy to follow that’s kept me going. If you fall off the ‘wagon’ so to speak it’s easy to jump back on at the next meal or day. Dan has been a constant support in this lifestyle change. I’ve completed two half marathons and my fitness test was so easy. I can honestly say that I wasn’t even out of breath and this is the woman who broke out into a sweat at just the thought of the fitness test. I never thought I would that it was easy!
