Personal training

All of our personal training sessions are available to you and your friends plus in the comfort of your own home, garden, or local outdoor space.

We will come to you for your training session which minimises your time away from work or family. These sessions are ideal for anyone who feels they have no time to workout or wouldn’t do the session without some guidance.

We are happy to train anyone within the following area and we can train anyone anywhere when providing a plan over the phone or via email.

Burgess Hill Bootcamp

  • MBF Bootcamp is at Worlds End Recreation Ground, Janes Lane, Burgess Hill RH15 OQP, on Monday and Wednesday morning at 7:00am to 7:45am
  • Kids in pushchairs and car seats welcome.
