I started working out with Dan and I had several injuries such as bad back and a sore shoulder. We started off with some remedial exercises and built up slowley over the course of a few months. I am now back to full strength and was doing more advanced exercises at the end. I can fully recommend his services, for any sport that you wish to train for.
